“My name is Karl O’Flynn, I am the Director of O’Flynn Estate Agents. I have lived in Leicester my whole life and began my estate agency career in 2003 after finishing university. I currently live in Glenfield with my partner who grew up in the village, our two beautiful children who both go school locally and our family dog, Daisy.

 

I have done all aspects of estate agency, starting as a trainee sales negotiator through to managing a city centre office for a national estate agency brand and most recently having worked for an online estate agency covering Leicestershire.

In June 2022, I took the decision to launch my own, independent estate agency where I can pull together all of my experience to create a bespoke service for both sellers and buyers. I understand that no two sales transactions are the same and selling and buying a home can be a very stressful and emotional process for various reasons.

Using the latest technology and advertising methods, I put attention to detail with every property I market and work closely with my clients to ensure they are updated every step of the way, so that together we achieve the best possible outcome where their property is concerned.”
